All Hail The Fifth-Semester!

Age: 20 years old  

Status: Third-year Sophomore  

OMG, I feel soooo ooooooold!

Righty then, let's stay away from the 'age' stuffs and start to talk about what I'm going to do in this 5th semester of mine. In where I'm studying, the third year is the time that we begin to majoring our field. I would say that this is a blast! I'm super excited to finally get the chance to really learn things I want to. You know we've been stumbling and struggling to survive the engineering-basic subject classes like calculus, physics, and mechanics in our first two years. And yes, the nightmare is officially over. It is over. Praise the Lord! LOL

We are required to take several compulsory 3-credits-classes like:

• Human Factor in Design Engineering (IES410805) 
• Industrial Marketing (IES310804)
• Systems Modeling (IES310804)
• Production Planning and Inventory Control (IES310802)
• Management of Information System (IES310805)

We also given right to choose any choices of the available selection classes, as much as our credit eligibility approves. As I'm interested in strategic management, I was planning to take Corporate Finance (IEF300816), Management of Industrial Strategics, and System Thinking (IES8110801) classes. Unfortunately, due to some SIAK-NG problem, I have to drop the Management of Industrial Strategics class and take the Management of Technology class instead. I was very disappointed at first to have to take the Management of Industrial Strategics class on the next year round, but later I discover that I made the right choice to take the MoT class as there will be Guest Lecturing Session from Accenture. Yeaaay!

So, yes I'm a 24-credits student now. I know that this won't be easy as there will be a very hectic-and-time-consuming PPIC Game 2011, but I'm glad to take the challenge. I have a GREAT God and all is well ♥
